Call for Workshop Proposals

IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 invites you to submit a proposal for a workshop on a new and emerging topic within the scope of communications. Workshops should emphasize current topics of particular interest to the community, and could include a mix of regular papers, invited presentations and panels that encourage the participation of attendees in active discussion. Accepted workshops will implement ComSoc's academic best practices regarding peer reviews and paper publication. Papers will be added to IEEE Xplore and the Conference Proceedings.

The workshop proposal should describe concisely the content, importance and timeliness of the workshop. Here is a proposal template.  The proposal must be in the form of a single file, and its length must not exceed five pages. The deadline for submissions is January 7, 2013.  Late proposals will not be considered.

Please submit your workshop proposal to the workshop co-chairs Matthieu Bloch (matthieu.bloch@ece.gatech.edu) and Kwang-Cheng Chen (chenkc@cc.ee.ntu.edu.tw) with the subject “[GC13 Workshop Proposal]”. All submissions will be acknowledged by email.
