REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!
The Registration Center will be located at the Galleria/Lower level of the Atlanta Hilton Towers. All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE GLOBECOM 2013.
Authors must be registered by Thursday, 8 August 2013. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create on author account for these submissions.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to globecomreg@ieee.org and received by Friday, 1 November 2013. No refunds will be provided after this date. Please note: author registrations are non-refundable. There will be a US$100 administrative fee deducted from each refund.

You may register for Tutorials without registering for the conference. Admission to tutorials is included with the following registration categories listed above: Full, Limited, Students, and IF&E only. Attendees may select only ONE tutorial.
Please indicate which tutorial(s) you will attend so we may ensure adequate seating and tutorial materials are provided. (Seat availability in each tutorial is on a First-Come, First-Served Basis.) If it is necessary to cancel a tutorial or workshop, liability of IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 is limited to refund tutorial or workshop fee.

You may register for Workshops without registering for the conference. Workshops require an additional fee. Workshops are not included in any conference registration category. If it is necessary to cancel a workshop, liability of IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 is limited to refunding the workshop fee.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2013 Workshop Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted workshop paper is required to register for the workshop and the paper must be presented at the workshop by an author of that paper unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.
